What's Up...

Whew, it's been a while since the last post. Adam and I don't really fit in the "back to school" category since we both work full time and don't have any kiddos, but it definitely feels like we hit the "back to school" season when we returned from our trip. I think that may mostly just be in my head because BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) is back in full swing.... and I'm a children's leader again! It is really good to be back in the leadership circle and is a great opportunity to connect with some new ladies.

We had a hurricane scare last month.... Hurricane Isaac. It ended up missing us, but we were prepared! Our landlord called and asked us to watch the video on how to put the shutters up on the windows. We had toilet paper, bottled water, cookies and crackers. What more is needed to survive 3 weeks without power? It was a good trial run if nothing else.

And Biscuit has recently found a new distraction. Can you find him in the pic below?

He certainly keeps me entertained throughout the day. 

In other news, we had three deliveries today... two iPhone 5s and our photo book from the Europe trip! Woot! I'm bringing the book with me when I come to Arkansas in December so you can see it! Here is a sneak peek at the cover:
